Well, today we will be on Day 4. Thank goodness for digital camera, at least I can still remember the places we visited.. :)..
Today Xiao Zhong brought us once again for a ride around XiHu and told us more stories on the legend of General Yue Fei. How he was framed by Qing Hui and why in China, there can be no union in marriage between the family of Yue and Qing. Can't remember half of it though.. :p..
Anyway, today we went to Bau An Tang; where we were introduced to various kinds of chinese traditional medicines. The demonstrator even gave a display where he held a hot, flaming rod and how he used the medicine to heal himself. Impressive! But Kim and I didn't even buy anything from the place. Haha!
I was more interested in the garden surrounding the place though.. :).
Today was more on travelling to another location. After lunch, we were on our way to Suzhou; the place famous for beautiful girls.
On the stop place, I bought some sliced cuttlefish. The China-man has an interesting way of making it. First, he cleans the slices of cuttlefish, and he grilled them (reminds me of the way i iron my clothings.. :).. ) and then puts them in a slicer and we have the end results!
When we finally reached Suzhou, unfortunately, we don't seem to many the beauties around when we were there.. :( .. I guess we were probably more fascinated with the food, haha. We had Hairy Crab, nyum nyum. It tasted so yummy! Though the pics below looks somehow....
After dinner, we went for more shopping. This time Xiao Zhong brought us to Guang Qian Jie; nothing interesting. And that's the end of Day 4.
