But to our dismay, our luggage had been delayed. Boohooohoo..:(. We waited and waited and waited. (I must say, very patiently) To make the story short, we kind of reported it to the Airlines and they promised to deliver the luggage by night fall. Ah well, I guess thinking positively, we are gonna be getting personal porter service, while all the others are busy lugging their luggage around.. :D
We met Xiao Zhong, our local guide. Nice, petite lil' chap and he brought us for breakfast and we went off to our first destination: Nanjing Road, Shanghai.
It's supposedly to be the busiest road in Shanghai, a must-see metropolitan destination attracting thousands of fashion-seeking shoppers from all over the world.
And we moved on to our next tourist destination: XiTang Water Village, about 90 minutes to drive down from Shanghai. This quaint water village is achingly photogenic, guess that's the reason they filmed Mission: Impossible III here. :).
Next stop, our hotel room in Hangzhou.
** Gosh, lugggage has yet to arrive..:(
